TEAM  R. SMYTH

Robert has worked with Coosa Valley Credit Union for 12 years. He has gained some dance experience through his double minor in Theater Performance and likes all types of music and dance. He says he is honored to be participating in RCDC this year and hopes to raise money and awareness for a great cause. Robert is dancing with one of his daughters this year and hopes to make fun memories with her and to show his children that going out of your comfort zone for a good cause is always worth it. According to Robert’s grandmother, he is a direct descendant of Ralph Waldo Emerson. One of his two favorite quotes is by this poet and reads, “Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail”.
